LIMITATION
OF WARRANTY AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
THE
BUYER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING
POLOCIES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
I.
REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY:
1. All refunds, returns, or exchanges must be accompanied
with the original sales invoice within 7 days from
the original invoice date. Full refund (item amount
only, shipping costs are non-refundable) within
the 7 days period, 20% restocking fee after the
7 days period, but within the 30 days period. All
returns must be in original condition and must be
in their original package. All shipping costs are
owner's expense. NO RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS.
2. All deposits and shipping cost are non-refundable.
Special orders are non-refundable and require a
20% non-refundable deposit before the order's placed.
II.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers' order must be cancelled within 2 hours
of ordering .
To cancel an order, please e-mail:info@sampiercing.com
and type "Cancel Order" and your order
number in the subject field. Or customers can be
reached Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Pacific
Standard Time.
III.
PAYMENT METHODS
Sam International Inc. accepts VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER
CARD and AMERICN Express. Personal checks, cashier's
check and money order might be acceptable. But you
cannot use our online order form. Please, contact
to info@sampiercing.com or 213-389-4380~1 Monday
to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
IV.
WARRANTY POLICY:
1. Products of Sam International Inc. have one year
warranty from the date of purchase.. This warranty
is valid only for the original purchaser. It is
not transferable.
Warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration
or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse,
neglect, fire, water, lighting, or other acts of
nature, unauthorized product modification.
2. Shipping information for warranty items.

a photocopy of the original sales invoice. But before
you send items, you should contact to info@sampiercing.com

§ Shipping cost for service is owner's expense,
but when we send items back again to customer, there
is no shipping charge for customer.
V.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY:
Sam International Inc.'s shipping method is only
UPS. All shipment must be within the 50 US states.
(extra charges will incur for shipments to Alaska
and Hawaii)
There is no sales tax in out of California residents.
All California residents will be added 8.25% sales
tax. Or seller's permit is required for sales tax
deduction.
VI.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Customers' company or personal information is for
the use of Sam International Inc. staff only. This
information is kept on a secure server to protect
it from outside parties, and the information is
used for the limited purpose of processing your
order.

Sam International Inc. doesn't handle international
shipping.
